A Charlotte native, Meeka Clark is the Executive Program Manager at the HopeStar Foundation, where she leads initiatives that strengthen family stability and expand access to essential community resources. With more than seven years of experience in the legal field, she has built a career at the intersection of law, policy, and strategic communications.

Meeka currently serves as Vice Chair of a Subcommittee for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee and as a Board Member for Hearts for the Invisible. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she is a champion for addressing inequities and structural racism through advocacy, collaboration, and strategic leadership.

Meeka holds a Bachelor's in Communications (Pre-Law) from Johnson C. Smith University and a Master's in Strategic Communication-Public Relations from Queens University of Charlotte.
