Carmen Hooker Odom is a senior health and human services advisor and former Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. She previously served as a State Representative in Massachusetts and was President of the Milbank Memorial Fund.

Ms. Hooker Odom has also been a member of several local, state, and national boards of directors, bringing extensive experience in health policy and public service to her leadership roles.
