Daniella Jaimes-Colina, PhD, MBA, MPH, is a visionary healthcare executive and transformational leader with over two decades of experience in health services administration, health center operations, and public health program management. Originally from Venezuela, she began her career as a medical doctor, bringing a unique clinical perspective to her executive leadership.

As the CEO of Piedmont Health Services in Chapel Hill, NC, Dr. Jaimes-Colina drives strategic innovation, operational excellence, and community-centered healthcare solutions. Her leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to equity, dignity, and sustainable healthcare transformation.

Dr. Jaimes-Colina holds a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Health Services Management, and an MPH, complementing her extensive clinical and administrative expertise. A member of ACHE since 2019, her doctoral research explored the intersection of workplace dignity and leadership style, reinforcing her dedication to fostering resilient, patient-centered healthcare systems that respond effectively to evolving community needs.
